Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Marketing Communications to lead integrated digital communications across social media, email, web, and content marketing. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who can develop strategy while also managing day-to-day execution.

This is a contract to hire opporunity, and requires to be in office on Tuesdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies across social, email, web, newsletters, thought leadership, and other digital channels.
• Manage the editorial calendar and ensure consistent messaging, brand voice, and content quality.
• Lead email marketing and automation, including segmentation, testing, deployment, reporting, and optimization.
• Manage social media strategy, content, community engagement, and moderation across major platforms.
• Partner with internal subject matter experts and leadership to develop compelling thought-leadership and executive content.
• Use social, email, and website analytics to evaluate performance and inform strategy.
• Optimize website and landing-page content using SEO, accessibility, and audience-experience best practices.
• Partner with internal teams and external resources on PR, media opportunities, and digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or content marketing.
• Strong experience with social media, email marketing, marketing automation, content strategy, and analytics.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with social management tools such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite and CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal.
• Exceptional writing, editing, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
• Experience using analytics to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
• Association, nonprofit, or healthcare communications experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with AI-enabled content and marketing tools is a plus.
