Responsibilities Monitor hotel premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to ensure safety and security of guests and staff. Respond promptly and effectively to any alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activities during overnight hours. Maintain a log of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities encountered during the shift. Assist guests and staff with security-related inquiries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Check identification and verify the credentials of visitors to prevent unauthorized access. Perform routine security checks on doors, windows, and access points to prevent breaches. Requirements Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain alert during overnight shifts. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of emergency procedures and protocols. Physical ability to patrol the premises and stand or walk for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining a safe environment for all hotel guests and employees.
